We do not perform construction, contracting, engineering certification, or project execution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. No Construction Services<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC does not provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Construction services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General contracting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structural engineering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building permits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Site supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material procurement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Labor services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any construction based on our designs is solely the responsibility of the client and their chosen contractor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Design Approval<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients are responsible for reviewing all drawings, layouts, renderings, dimensions, and design documents before using them for construction or renovation purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Approval of a design signifies acceptance of the final deliverables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Intellectual Property<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nova Martify LLC retains ownership of all original concepts, drawings, renderings, models, and design materials until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final approved designs for the intended project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit our work without written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
