Because our work involves custom digital design solutions created specifically for each client, this Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Nature of Our Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC provides professional design services, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Architectural Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interior Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Landscape Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renovation Design<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2D Layouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3D Designs &amp; Visualizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>We provide design and planning services only. We do not perform construction or contracting services.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Project Cancellation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may request to cancel a project by contacting us via email or phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation requests must include sufficient information to identify the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cancellation Before Work Begins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a cancellation request is received <strong>before any design work has started<\/strong>, the client may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation After Work Has Started<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once work has commenced, refunds are not guaranteed because our services involve time, expertise, and customized digital work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a project is canceled after work has begun, any refund will be determined based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The stage of project completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Time spent on the project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work already delivered<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expenses incurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC reserves the right to retain payment for services already performed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Completed Projects<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the final design files or agreed deliverables have been completed and delivered, the project is considered fulfilled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the customized nature of our services, <strong>completed design projects are generally non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Client Delays<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If there is no communication for 90 days, Nova Martify LLC may consider the project abandoned. Any future work may require a new quotation or additional fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Revision Requests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We strive to ensure client satisfaction by providing revisions as outlined in the project agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Requests that exceed the agreed number of revisions or involve significant changes to the original project scope may incur additional charges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Revision requests alone do not qualify for a refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refund processing times vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution but typically take <strong>30 business days<\/strong> after approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Non-Refundable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following are generally non-refundable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Completed design services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivered digital files<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom architectural drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2D layouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3D renderings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consultation fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design concepts already created<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment processing fees (where applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Chargebacks<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed using project records, communications, invoices, contracts, and proof of work completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Exceptions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a full or partial refund under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Duplicate payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing errors<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Services that cannot be provided due to reasons solely attributable to Nova Martify LLC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any such refund does not establish an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
