Ownership of Intellectual Property<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in its original intellectual property, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Architectural concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interior design concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Landscape designs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renovation concepts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2D layouts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3D models<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renderings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Templates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Website content<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Graphics and visual materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Business materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All intellectual property remains the property of Nova Martify LLC unless ownership rights are specifically transferred through a written agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Client Use Rights<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After full payment has been received, clients are granted permission to use the final approved design deliverables for their intended project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This permission allows clients to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Review and use the designs for their personal or approved business project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share final files with contractors, builders, or professionals involved in executing the project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may not use the designs for unrelated projects without written permission from Nova Martify LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Restrictions on Use<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless expressly authorized in writing, clients may not:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Resell our designs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy or reproduce designs for other projects<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribute design files publicly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modify and claim ownership of our work<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use our designs for commercial purposes outside the agreed project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create derivative works based on our designs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove ownership notices or branding from materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Design Concepts and Drafts<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preliminary concepts, drafts, sketches, revisions, and unfinished materials remain the exclusive property of Nova Martify LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Draft materials are provided only for review and feedback purposes and may not be used, distributed, or implemented without written approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Portfolio Rights<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC reserves the right to display completed projects, design concepts, renderings, and images in its:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Website portfolio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marketing materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Social media channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Presentations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotional content<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing before project completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Client-Provided Materials<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients may provide materials such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Photos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Existing drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Measurements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reference images<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide these materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized client-provided content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Third-Party Materials<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some projects may include third-party elements such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Software-generated assets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Licensed resources<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stock materials<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturer information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Such materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Construction Use of Designs<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC provides design documents for planning and visualization purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The client is responsible for ensuring that designs are reviewed, approved, and implemented by appropriate licensed professionals where required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC does not provide construction services, contractor supervision, or construction guarantees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Confidential Information<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nova Martify LLC respects client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose private project information without authorization, except where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Clients requesting confidential treatment of their project should communicate this request in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Dispute Resolution<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any disputes regarding intellectual property rights should first be addressed through direct communication between the client and Nova Martify LLC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a resolution cannot be reached, applicable laws and legal remedies may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
