3. Scope of Services

Our services include the preparation of digital design documents, concepts, layouts, renderings, and visualizations based on the information provided by the client.

The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements, project details, photographs, drawings, and other required information.

Nova Martify LLC is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client.

4. No Construction Services

Nova Martify LLC does not provide:

Construction services
General contracting
Structural engineering
Building permits
Site supervision
Project management
Material procurement
Labor services

Any construction based on our designs is solely the responsibility of the client and their chosen contractor.

5. Design Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing all drawings, layouts, renderings, dimensions, and design documents before using them for construction or renovation purposes.

Approval of a design signifies acceptance of the final deliverables.

6. Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Project pricing may vary depending on:

Design complexity
Number of revisions
Required deliverables
Custom client requests

Quotes remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation.

7. Payments

Payment is required according to the agreed project terms.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment processors.

Failure to make payment may result in delayed work, suspension of services, or project cancellation.

8. Revisions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, project quotations include a limited number of revisions.

Additional revisions or changes requested after the agreed revision limit may incur additional charges.

Major changes to the project scope may require a new quotation.

9. Project Timeline

10. Client Responsibilities

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nova Martify LLC retains ownership of all original concepts, drawings, renderings, models, and design materials until full payment has been received.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final approved designs for the intended project.

The client may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit our work without written permission.

12. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use our website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
Interfere with website functionality.
Submit false or misleading information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova Martify LLC shall not be liable for:

Engineering issues
Building code violations

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific design service giving rise to the claim.

Clients should consult licensed professionals where required.

15. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project before completion.

If work has already commenced, payment may be required for services completed up to the cancellation date, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
