  • 3D Designs & Visualizations

Nova Martify LLC provides design services only and does not provide construction, contracting, or physical project execution services.

3. Pricing and Quotes

All service prices are provided in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Project pricing may vary depending on:

  • Project size and complexity
  • Required design details
  • Number of deliverables
  • Revision requirements
  • Additional client requests

Quotes provided by Nova Martify LLC are valid for the period stated in the proposal or quotation.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement.

Depending on the project scope, payment may be structured as:

  • Full payment before work begins
  • Initial deposit with remaining balance due upon completion
  • Milestone-based payments

The agreed payment schedule will be communicated before services begin.

5. Accepted Payment Methods

9. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, the client confirms that:

  • The payment information provided is accurate.
  • They are authorized to use the payment method.
  • They agree to the amount charged.
  • They authorize Nova Martify LLC to process the payment.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact Nova Martify LLC directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to address billing issues.

In cases of disputes, Nova Martify LLC may provide supporting documentation, including:

  • Service agreements
  • Invoices
  • Payment records

  • Design drafts
  • Completed deliverables

11. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the customized nature of design services, refunds may not be available after work has started or deliverables have been provided.

12. Delivery of Final Files

Final design files and completed deliverables may be released after all required payments have been received.

Delivery is provided electronically through approved digital methods.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information and notifying Nova Martify LLC of any changes.

Incorrect billing information may result in delays in payment processing or service delivery.

14. Changes to Billing Terms

Nova Martify LLC reserves the right to update these Billing Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Billing Terms.
