Nova Martify LLC provides professional digital design services, including:

  • 3D Designs & Visualizations

We provide design and planning services only. We do not offer construction, contracting, or physical product delivery.

2. Digital Delivery Only

All of our services are delivered electronically.

We do not manufacture, ship, or deliver physical products. No physical shipping is required for any of our services.

3. Delivery Method

Completed project files may be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email
  • Secure cloud storage links
  • Client portal (if available)
  • Other mutually agreed digital delivery methods

4. Delivery Time

Project delivery timelines depend on several factors, including:

7. File Formats

Depending on the purchased service, deliverables may include formats such as:

  • DWG
  • Other commonly used digital design formats agreed upon before project completion

The specific file formats provided will depend on the selected service package.

8. Delivery Confirmation

A project is considered delivered once the final files have been:

  • Sent to the client’s provided email address,
  • Shared through an approved cloud storage service, or
  • Made available through another agreed digital delivery method.

Clients should notify Nova Martify LLC promptly if they experience any issues accessing their files.

9. Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to incorrect contact information provided by the client, Nova Martify LLC will make reasonable efforts to resend the files after receiving the correct information.

We are not responsible for delays resulting from inaccurate contact details supplied by the client.

10. No Physical Shipping

Since Nova Martify LLC provides digital design services only:

  • No shipping charges apply.
  • No tracking numbers are issued.
  • No physical deliveries are made.
  • No customs or import duties apply.
