By engaging our services, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

Nova Martify LLC owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in its original intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • Architectural concepts
  • Interior design concepts
  • Landscape designs
  • Renovation concepts
  • 2D layouts
  • 3D models
  • Renderings
  • Design drawings
  • Templates
  • Design processes
  • Website content
  • Graphics and visual materials
  • Business materials

All intellectual property remains the property of Nova Martify LLC unless ownership rights are specifically transferred through a written agreement.

2. Client Use Rights

After full payment has been received, clients are granted permission to use the final approved design deliverables for their intended project.

This permission allows clients to:

  • Review and use the designs for their personal or approved business project
  • Share final files with contractors, builders, or professionals involved in executing the project

Clients may not use the designs for unrelated projects without written permission from Nova Martify LLC.

3. Restrictions on Use

Unless expressly authorized in writing, clients may not:

  • Resell our designs
  • Copy or reproduce designs for other projects
  • Distribute design files publicly
  • Modify and claim ownership of our work
  • Use our designs for commercial purposes outside the agreed project
  • Create derivative works based on our designs
  • Remove ownership notices or branding from materials

4. Design Concepts and Drafts

Preliminary concepts, drafts, sketches, revisions, and unfinished materials remain the exclusive property of Nova Martify LLC.

Draft materials are provided only for review and feedback purposes and may not be used, distributed, or implemented without written approval.

5. Portfolio Rights

Nova Martify LLC reserves the right to display completed projects, design concepts, renderings, and images in its:

  • Website portfolio
  • Marketing materials
  • Social media channels
  • Presentations
  • Promotional content

unless the client has requested confidentiality in writing before project completion.

6. Client-Provided Materials

Clients may provide materials such as:

  • Photos
  • Existing drawings
  • Measurements
  • Logos
  • Reference images
  • Project documents

Clients confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to provide these materials.

Nova Martify LLC is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized client-provided content.

7. Third-Party Materials

Some projects may include third-party elements such as:

  • Software-generated assets
  • Licensed resources
  • Stock materials
  • Manufacturer information

Such materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

8. Copyright Protection

All original creative work produced by Nova Martify LLC is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use may result in legal action.

9. Construction Use of Designs

Nova Martify LLC provides design documents for planning and visualization purposes.

The client is responsible for ensuring that designs are reviewed, approved, and implemented by appropriate licensed professionals where required.

Nova Martify LLC does not provide construction services, contractor supervision, or construction guarantees.

10. Confidential Information

Nova Martify LLC respects client confidentiality and will not intentionally disclose private project information without authorization, except where required by law.

Clients requesting confidential treatment of their project should communicate this request in writing.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding intellectual property rights should first be addressed through direct communication between the client and Nova Martify LLC.

If a resolution cannot be reached, applicable laws and legal remedies may apply.

12. Changes to This Policy

Nova Martify LLC reserves the right to update this Intellectual Property Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date.
